New Year's resolutions are not bad at all. In fact, businesses need to create resolutions every year. They need to know where they want to go and plan on how they are going to go there. Vision and mission are two important parts of setting a business' yearly path. At the same time, implementation is key to achieving these big goals.

WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM INCLUDE?

  • Business audit. We review what worked in the business before and what you are implementing right now. We determine if your current plan will be effective if you want to reach accelerated growth this year. 

Q: "Do we have to redo the entire business model? What if I have strategies of my own?" 

A:  We will study what has worked before. We want to know what charmed your consumers to your company in the first place. We will be providing suggestions based on the "loopholes" of your current business model and we will be collaborating with you. At the end of the day, you are the heart and soul of the business. 

  • Custom Business Strategy. Custom, yes. Every business should have their own business models and strategies. We will research your target market and see the current trends. We LOVE data and analytics. We help you get to know the market you are entering and we create an improved plan for the year. 

Q: "Data and analytics? I'm not a fan of complex numbers. Why do we have to do research if I/we already know the market we're entering? " 

A:  We are looking to implement accelerated growth for businesses by creating a holistic partnership. However, before we dive into the specific tasks, we need to re-evaluate your standing in the market. What are your competitors doing and why are they behind or ahead? What is it in your business/brand that the consumer wants and needs? 

  • We lend the "enterprise." Plexuss Marketing is an in-house team of AED Global, an international media company. Your business (whatever scale) will be able to tap into our teams of journalists, project managers, branding managers, social media specialists, and "buzz" networks to help you boost your productivity. Every resource you would need, you would get.

Q: "Woah! That sounds hefty! Why do I need ALL of that?" 

A:  Resources would depend on your business model, but yes, majority of those specialties are assigned in each and every business under the "I Got Grit" Program. If you're at the stage of the business where you need to strengthen your brand, we will have to focus on that. If you're at that more advanced level where you already have a consumer base but you are aiming for growing the numbers and the profit higher, we will aim for a bigger reach. Again, it all depends on what your business needs. What this program does is it helps you focus on what you do best.

  • Progress and Success Coaching. Growth and evolution happens by being consistent and action and follow-through. We will track your overall progress on a weekly basis. We review what happened and you are always on top of your "enterprise" operations. We will also do a monthly feedback loop where we take a step back from the daily tasks and review our overall planning. Finally, we analyze how everything is tying in to your profit goals.

What are not included in the program?

  • We are not your personal assistant. 
  • We are not a call-center outsourcing team. We do not do sales and we do not provide inbound or outbound calls for your business. 
  • We are not a customer service team. If you need people to handle the customer enquiries, you would need to find a different resource. 
  • We are not "tech guys." We do not handle app development. However, you can request for a website building (from scratch). We have options to develop and host websites on Wordpress, Squarespace and Hubspot. 

 

WHAT IS THE INVESTMENT IN JOINING "i GOT GRIT" PROGRAM? 

The program is a one-year subscription program. We are here to monitor and maintain success your business success. We have ala-carte options for basic consultation, content marketing, but that will be under the basic Plexuss Marketing services. 

As the program implementation would depend on the business stage, goals and type, the monthly fees would vary. However, there's a an average estimate of about $6,500 to $25,000 in a month.

There's a general onboarding fee of $2,200 for everyone joining the program.
